前台收快递很快，维修也挺迅速的，工作人员都很友好，态度也很认真。在万圣节和圣诞节等节日的时候，还有各种活动，提供美食或者小礼品。唯一的小问题是楼层越高的地暖温度越高，建议冬天来住的话，可以考虑高层的房间。

工作人员挺负责的，不过经历了两次停电，确实有点让人心烦。其他方面还不错，公寓的位置很好，也有班车服务，提供免费的早餐，还有洗衣房可以使用。
