优点：房间空间挺大的，位置也很好，去哪儿都方便，报修的服务也很及时，基本上设施方面没什么大的问题。 缺点：没有健身房，南边的房间在夏天热得很，卫生间的换气扇总是自动响，取快递只能在特定的几个时间段。 总的来说，这里还是不错的，住得挺舒服，在同价位的公寓里性价比算是比较高的。
