If another student cancels a room or agrees to swap with you, you can contact the apartment’s property team, and they will do their best to accommodate your request. However, aside from variations in room types and sizes, all other room configurations are the same.

When submitting a reservation application, you can choose your payment method.

The guarantor needs to be aware of your living situation and agree to your rent payment. If there's a delay in payment, the apartment will contact your guarantor. The guarantor must be at least 18 years old, have a full-time job, and a permanent residence. Typically, the guarantor will be required to provide proof of address to verify their identity.
