If another student cancels their room or agrees to swap with you, you can contact the apartment's property team, and they will try to accommodate your request. However, aside from differences in room types and sizes, the facilities in every room are the same.

You can select your payment method when submitting your booking request.

The guarantor must be aware of your housing situation and agree to take responsibility for your rent payments. If payments are delayed, the apartment will contact your guarantor. The guarantor must be over 18 years old, employed full time, and have a permanent address. Typically, the guarantor will be asked to provide proof of residence to verify their identity.
