我该如何支付房租？
通过银行汇款，先请在顾问的指导下联系公寓以获取转账账号，然后在银行完成后续的支付。请注意，银行电汇可能需要几个工作日到账，所以需要提前安排付款。

请查看您在预订时公寓提供的活动细则，并按照这些细则去公寓进行兑现。
我可以指定室友吗？

我能提前入住吗？

如果你是符合条件的全日制学生，则免缴地税。你需要向公寓提供证明文件，以证明你的全日制学生身份。
我何时可以办理入住手续？
你可以在合同开始后进行入住，Student Castle的公寓有24小时的前台服务，工作人员随时可以为你提供帮助。
我应该如何领取我的门卡？
在前台完成check in流程后，你可以在公寓前台领取你的门卡。
可以让别人代我领取门卡吗？
不可以，出于安全考虑，你的门卡只能由你本人领取。
我能在公寓内养宠物吗？
不行，公寓内禁止养任何宠物。
如果需要报修我该怎么做？
1. 通过公寓系统提交报修请求：请登录你的公寓学生门户，点击Services-->Maintenance-->Maintenance Request进行线上报修。 2. 也可以到公寓前台进行报修。
我可以在房间内吸烟吗？
由于安全原因，公寓内禁止吸烟，并且房间内配备了烟雾报警器。如果你想吸烟，请询问公寓前台有关专用吸烟区的信息。
