- What is the deposit amount?
- The deposit is £100, which must be paid before moving in August. It will be refunded based on the check-out condition.
- What is the No Place No Pay policy?
- If the university is your first or insurance choice on UCAS, you can book immediately when you're ready. If you do not achieve the required grades for your first choice or your insurance choice is accepted, we will cancel the contract and refund all your payments while requiring a screenshot of your UCAS Tracker as proof. For more information, please refer to the contract and what can be read during booking. If you change your mind about applying for another apartment, please refer to the cancellation process.
