Terms and Conditions - Applicable for bookings of 40 weeks or more. - Both tenants must be full-time students (students in open university courses are also accepted, please contact us). - This policy applies only to studio apartment types. - The booking will be registered in the name of one tenant, referred to as the "main tenant." This tenant will sign the lease agreement, and all rent will be paid by them. If they wish to share the rent, they may negotiate among themselves, but all rent must be paid according to the terms of the lease agreement. - If tenants choose to separate before or after moving in, the booking can only be canceled based on the actual guarantee and cancellation policy. Unless both parties agree to transfer the booking to a "second tenant," the booking remains with the main tenant and requires a new contract/lease agreement to be signed immediately. - All other terms and conditions still apply, as specified in the lease agreement.
