If you have a valid UK guarantor, you can opt to pay the rent in three installments due in September, January, and April. Without a valid UK guarantor, you are required to pay the full rent one month before the contract starts.

The apartment supports online card payments (credit cards accepted) or bank transfers. 1. For online card payments, make sure your card is one of the following types: Mastercard/Visa/Visa Debit/Visa Electron. Fill in the cardholder's information accurately and ensure the card has sufficient funds and is authorized for payment actions by the bank. Note that the card does not need to be in the cardholder's name. 2. For bank transfers, contact the apartment to obtain the transfer account information under your advisor's guidance, and complete the payment through your bank. Please keep in mind that bank transfers may take several business days to process, so plan accordingly.
