When is the rent payment deadline?
Please log in to your apartment's Student Portal, click on the payment option to view the lease's rent due date, and make sure to pay your rent before the due date.
Can I pay in installments?
If you have a valid UK guarantor, you can opt to pay the rent in three installments in September, January, and April. If you do not have a valid UK guarantor, you must pay the full rent one month before the contract begins.
How do I pay my rent?
1. Online Payment: Log into your apartment's Student Portal, click on the payment option, select the items you need to pay for, and click to proceed with the payment. Ensure that your card type is one of the following: Mastercard/Visa/Visa Debit/Visa Electron, and that you have sufficient funds. Fill in your account details accurately, and ensure your bank allows this payment method. The cardholder does not need to be present. 2. Bank Transfer: Please contact the apartment for the payment account details with assistance from your advisor, and then complete the payment at the bank. Remember to include your name and ID for identification purposes. Note that wire transfers can take several business days to process, so plan your payment in advance. 3. Phone Payment: Call the apartment and provide your account information to complete the payment. 4. On-Site Payment: If you arrive in the area before the rent deadline, you can pay at the apartment front desk.
