Apartment Details Crown House is a modern five-story brick apartment building, completed in 2010, equipped with an elevator, situated at a major road intersection. The apartments offer a variety of room types, including five-person en-suite rooms, studios, classic and premium single rooms, and one-bedroom apartments. All rooms come with private bathrooms and modern kitchens, fully equipped with essentials. The rooms are fully carpeted, and windows can be opened approximately 15 centimeters, ensuring both safety and convenience. Additionally, the rooms are equipped with curtains. The en-suite rooms feature one window, while the studios and one-bedroom apartments include two windows. The kitchens and studios have a combination of carpet and vinyl wood flooring, and the en-suite kitchens are equipped with two refrigerators to ensure that each resident has their own space; each studio and one-bedroom apartment is also equipped with a refrigerator. While there are no televisions in the rooms, both the bedroom and kitchen have television connection points, allowing students to bring their own TV and requiring them to purchase a TV license. The apartment provides 50MB internet, and the rooms and kitchens are fitted with timed electric convection heaters that automatically turn off once the set time is reached or the indoor temperature reaches 26°C to ensure safety at night.
