About two months before your scheduled move-in date, you can arrange a suitable moving time. If you have special accessibility needs or travel issues, please inform us at this time. If you need to move in early, we can assist with arrangements, just contact your hostel team, and they will inform you of the available times and costs.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Unlike many other accommodation providers, we do not require a deposit to secure your booking. We only ask for the rent to be paid in advance, which will be deducted from your first month’s rent. You could say this is like a little gift for yourself, and you will find it convenient by September!

Can I cancel after booking?

We have a 'cooling-off period' policy of 5 days. This means that if you need to cancel within 5 days after signing the lease, as long as you haven't moved in yet, you can do so. If you go beyond the 'cooling-off period', you can still cancel under certain circumstances, like if your UK visa is rejected or you fail to meet the entry requirements of your chosen university. Just provide your UCAS notice or visa rejection notice within 72 hours of receiving the relevant notification. If you find eligible alternative tenants, you can transfer your lease to them, and we will assess their qualifications; once confirmed, they can take over your lease.
