It takes about 4 minutes to walk to the Engineering College, approximately 6 minutes to Diamond Library, and around 8 minutes to the Information College; public transportation is also very accessible, with the Edward Street bus stop just a 2-minute walk away. Shopping and daily living needs are convenient, with a Tesco supermarket only a minute's walk away and the city center about a 10-minute stroll. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shopping malls in the surrounding area. The apartment is equipped with free high-speed Wi-Fi, a 24-hour electronic access system, and monitoring for residents' safety. Common areas include a recreational zone and a study area, facilitating social interaction and entertainment, along with vending machines to meet residents' supply needs. The communal kitchen is well-equipped with facilities such as refrigerators, microwaves, and ovens. It mainly offers two room types: Ensuite and Two Bed. The Ensuite features an independent bathroom, while the kitchen is shared among 4 to 6 residents.
