我需要在什么时候支付房租？

您可以通过登录学生账户进行支付，也可以通过银行转账或电话使用信用卡或借记卡进行在线支付租金。
折扣何时会从我的租金中扣除？
所有提供的折扣将会从您最后一次支付的租金中扣除。
我的押金会被如何处理？
您的押金会存入一个押金保护计划，安全保管整个学年，并在合同结束时根据合同的条款退还给您。申请时支付的押金不能用于分期付款，因其在您租约期间得到了押金保护计划的保障。
搬入时需要带哪些物品？

我入住时会有停车场吗？

我能在租住期间申请换房吗？
您需向您所住物业的住宿团队正式提出请求。如果在租约期间更换房间，将收到新文件确认换房细节，需要签署或在线接受。若新房间的租金更高，自您使用新房间起，您及担保人需承担较高租金的责任。
假期期间我需要搬出吗？
在合同期内，您的房间就是您的房间，假期期间无需搬出。
18岁以下可以预定吗？
如果您在大学的第一个学期满18岁，则公寓将无条件接受您的预订，否则18岁以上的成年人需作为共同签字人并同意该条款。
