When is the rent payment deadline?

Then click CLICK HERE TO VIEW THE TENANCY AGREEMENT at the bottom right, or check your registered email for the rent payment deadline. If you need to pay rent, return to the homepage and click Review/Pay Statement to see the details of the payment plan. Important information includes 【Balance】 the total amount due and 【Due Date】 the payment deadline (format: day/month/year), please make the payment before the due date.

How can I pay my rent?

Please log in to your apartment's Student Portal, click Review/Pay Statement to access the payment page. Check the box next to the items you need to pay, then click pay to proceed. The apartment supports online credit card payments or bank transfers. 1. For online credit card payments, ensure the card type is one of the following: Mastercard/Visa/Visa Debit/Visa Electron. Fill in the cardholder information carefully, and ensure there are sufficient funds and that the bank supports this payment method. Note that the cardholder does not need to be the actual person. 2. For bank transfers, please contact the apartment for the transfer account under the guidance of your advisor and then proceed to complete the payment at the bank. Please be aware that wire transfers may take several working days to process, so plan your payment accordingly.

Can I pay in installments?

If you have a valid guarantor in the UK, you can opt to pay your rent in three installments, due in September, January, and April. If you do not have a valid guarantor, full rent must be paid one month prior to the start of the contract.

Is the deposit I paid at booking refundable? How do I get it back?

Accepted Answer

The deposit is a security deposit and does not offset the rent. After confirming your booking, your deposit will be held by a third party in the UK until the end of the lease, and will be refunded based on the condition of the room facilities at check-out (severe damages may lead to deductions from the deposit, so please report any damages promptly).
