When do I pay my rent?
If you have a valid UK guarantor, you can choose to split your rent into three payments due in September, January, and April. If you do not have a valid UK guarantor, you must pay the full rent in August, one month before the contract start date. Please note that you must have paid your rent before you arrive for check-in. There may be other options for installment payments.
Can I pay my rent from abroad?
You can pay your rent from abroad by logging into your student account and making a bank transfer or paying online via credit or debit card over the phone.
When will discounts be deducted from my rent?
All provided discounts will be deducted from your final rental payment.
