To pay your rent, please log into your apartment's Student Portal, click on Pay Here to access the payment interface, tick the items you need to pay, and then click Confirm. The apartment supports online card payments (debit or credit card) or bank transfers only through Transfermate. 1. For online card payment, please select the worldpay option and enter your card details. Make sure your payment card is one of the following types: Mastercard/Visa/Maestro/JCB, and ensure the card has sufficient funds and that your bank allows such payments. Please note that the payment card does not need to be in your name. 2. For bank transfers, select the Transfermate option and complete the required information to finalize the payment at your bank. Note that wiring may take several business days to process.
