Apartment Overview Brass Founders is a brand new modern-style student accommodation in Sheffield, primarily offering two types of rooms: en-suite rooms and studios. The apartment is located in the northern part of Sheffield city center, just a 5-minute walk from the University of Sheffield's English Language Teaching Centre (ELTC) and the Sheffield International College (SIC). Apartment Facilities Brass Founders officially opened in September 2017, redefining the living experience for international students! The accommodation offers a total of 437 bed spaces, including the two room types: En-Suite and Studio. Each bedroom and studio is equipped with a small double bed, ample storage space, and study areas. The studios also feature private kitchens, washers/dryers, and 250MB high-speed broadband. The kitchens in the En-Suite rooms are similarly equipped with washers/dryers. 1. En-Suite rooms come with a private washer and dryer, and free laundry facilities are available along with a dishwasher. 2.
