Kendrick Hall is the ideal residence for students in Reading, conveniently located near the London Road campus of the University of Reading, and just a 20-minute walk from the Whiteknights main campus. We offer seven accommodation areas with four different room types to choose from. If you are looking to make friends in a shared environment with 4-5 other people, you can opt for one of our suites. However, if you prefer more privacy, our single apartments come with your own kitchen area, allowing you to cook delicious meals and even invite friends over to share! Regardless of the room type you choose, you'll enjoy a luxurious bathroom where you can indulge in long showers. Our rooms are furnished with comfortable small double beds, complete with under-bed storage, as well as a desk and chair to meet all your study needs, and a wardrobe to hold all your clothes. Additionally, our communal lounge features comfortable sofas, a television, and a foosball table, making it a perfect spot for socializing and interacting with friends. If you have group projects or want to study with others, our property also provides spacious study areas. For quick snack cravings, you can easily use the vending machines for convenience! When you want to breathe some fresh air and relax, feel free to head to our social courtyard area. The venue also includes bike storage, parking, laundry facilities, and printing and recycling services. Don't feel like cooking dinner? You can grab delicious takeout from The Dairy just across the road! Furthermore, the Oracle shopping center is only about a 10-minute walk away, where you can browse shops, choose from numerous restaurants, or catch a movie at the Vue cinema.
