How to pay rent?

Please log into your apartment's Student Portal, click on Review/Pay Statement to access the payment page, tick the items you wish to pay, and click pay to proceed. The apartment accepts online card payments (credit cards accepted) or bank transfers: 1. For online card payments, please ensure your card is one of the following types: Mastercard/Visa/Visa Debit/Visa Electron. Fill in the cardholder's information carefully, and make sure your card has enough balance and your bank supports the transaction. Note that physical presence of the cardholder is not required. 2. For bank transfers, please contact the apartment for transfer details under guidance from your adviser and ensure you plan ahead, as wire transfers may take several working days to process.

The deposit is a security deposit, which does not offset the rent. After completing the booking, your deposit will be transferred to a third-party agency in the UK that holds the deposit until check-out, at which point it will be returned based on the condition of the room and its facilities (severe damage may result in deductions from the deposit, so please report any damages promptly).
