Please visit your apartment's Student Portal, click on 'Review My Offer' to access the contract review page, then click 'CLICK HERE TO VIEW THE TENANCY AGREEMENT' at the bottom right again or check your registered email for the rent payment deadline in the contract. To pay rent, you can return to the homepage and click 'Review/Pay Statement' to view detailed payment plans. Key information includes 【Balance】 total amount due 【Due Date】 deadline for payment (format: day/month/year), please ensure to pay rent before the due date.
How do I pay my rent?
Please log into your apartment's Student Portal, click 'Review/Pay Statement' to access the payment page, then check off the items you need to pay and click 'Pay' to proceed. The apartment accepts online card payments (credit cards are accepted) or bank transfers. 1. For online card payments, make sure your card type is one of the following: Mastercard/Visa/Visa Debit/Visa Electron. Fill out the cardholder information carefully, ensure the card has sufficient funds, and that the bank supports this operation. Note that the cardholder does not need to be present. 2. For bank transfers, please contact the apartment to obtain the transfer account under your advisor's guidance and complete the respective payment at the bank. Please be aware that wire transfers may take multiple business days to clear, so plan your payment in advance.
Can I choose to pay in installments?
If you have a valid UK guarantor, you may choose to pay the rent in three installments, due in September, January, and April. If you do not have a valid UK guarantor, you must pay the full rent one month before the contract starts.
