Bank Transfer: Contact the apartment for payment account information under advisor guidance, then make the corresponding payment at the bank. Be sure to note your name and ID for the apartment's identification; wire transfers may take several business days to process, so arrange your payment in advance. 3. Pay by Phone: Call the apartment and provide account information to make the payment. 4. On-site Payment: Students who arrive before the rent deadline may choose to pay at the apartment front desk in person.

After completing the booking, your deposit will be held by a third-party organization in the UK until the end of the rental period. It will be refunded based on the condition of the room facilities upon checkout (serious damages may lead to deduction of part or all of the deposit, so any damage to the room facilities should be reported and repaired promptly).
