Apartment Overview The St James’s Street apartments began accepting bookings in 2012 and consist of a single building. The apartments offer two types of accommodations: studios and two-bedroom apartments. Free WiFi is provided, with a network speed of 200MB. The rooms are equipped with heating, and the bathrooms feature a wet and dry separation design. The apartment allows minors to reside but does not permit long-term stays for individuals not affiliated with the school (over 39 weeks). Pets are prohibited within the premises, and there is no front desk service. Booking Notes Some apartment types require an additional fee for double occupancy. If there is no UK guarantor, the apartment cannot offer installment payment services. A security deposit is required, which does not go towards rent.
