Apartment Overview The Middle Street Apartments opened in 2016 and consist of a single building. The apartments offer studio layouts, suitable for single or double occupancy. All rooms are equipped with free WiFi, with speeds of up to 200MB. Additionally, the apartments are equipped with heating, and the bathroom facilities feature a wet and dry separation design. This apartment welcomes minors but does not accept long-term residents from outside the institution (more than 39 weeks). Please note that pets are not allowed on the premises, and there is a front desk available to assist residents. Booking Notes Some room types support double occupancy but may incur an additional charge. If there is no UK guarantor, the apartment will not accept installment payments. Currently, a security deposit is required, which does not count towards rent. Additionally, a holding deposit must be paid, which can be applied to the rent.
