- The apartment requires you to pay a deposit to ensure the safety of your room. At the end of the rental period, we will conduct a final inspection of your room before you move out. If any charges need to be deducted from the deposit, we will negotiate with you. If the condition of the room and its items is the same as when you checked in, and you have provided your bank details on our portal, we will refund your deposit within 10 working days. If you cancel your room booking within 14 days of receiving accommodation notice, you will be entitled to a full refund. After 14 days, the deposit is non-refundable.

- The apartment provides rooms only for individuals who are at least 18 years old, except for properties in Scotland where the requirement is at least 16 years old.
