These measures include: Depending on the building design, each bedroom and kitchen, as well as certain buildings, may be equipped with smoke or heat detectors, which may also include sprinkler systems, wet risers, and automatic smoke venting systems. All our buildings are equipped with fire detection systems. On-site staff receive training 24/7 to actively address fire safety matters, including how to respond to fire alarms, onboarding training for residents, regular building checks, weekly bell tests, and regular fire drills. In most of our buildings, fire alarms are connected to a central monitoring service via Red Care. All fire safety systems are maintained and serviced daily according to UK standards, and are managed only by nationwide contractors (employing qualified and certified personnel).
