Can I choose to pay in installments?

If you have a valid UK guarantor (British national, over 18 years old, employed full-time in the UK) or have come to an agreement with Housing Hold, you can choose to pay rent in installments; otherwise, you must pay the full rent six weeks before the start of the contract.

How do I pay my rent?

1. Online payment: Please use the payment link provided by the apartment to pay with Visa/Master/UnionPay card, ensuring sufficient credit and accurately entering the ID provided by the apartment. The payment card does not need to be in your name. 2. Bank transfer: Contact the apartment for account information under the guidance of the advisor, and complete the payment at the bank. Please note to include your name and ID for the apartment's identification, and wire transfers may take several working days to arrive, so prepare in advance.

Is the deposit I pay at booking a security deposit? How can it be refunded?

The deposit is indeed the security deposit and does not offset the rent. After completing the reservation, your deposit will be transferred to a third-party agency in the UK for safekeeping until the end of the lease, when it will be refunded based on the condition of the room’s facilities (significant damages may result in a deduction of part or all of the deposit, so please report any damages promptly).
