Apartment Overview: Graystacks Apartments accommodate 84 students in a row house structure consisting of 7 units, each housing 12 people. One of the most notable features of the building is the large terraces located on the 4th to 7th floors, providing unique outdoor spaces. One side of the apartment overlooks a lively street, while the other faces the tranquil natural scenery of a canal. The interiors are well-lit, fully furnished, and designed with a unique aesthetic. Additionally, the apartments offer free high-speed WiFi, and the rent includes all utility costs. Location and Surroundings: The apartments are approximately a 19-minute bus ride from Nottingham Trent University and about 23 minutes from the University of Nottingham. The area is equipped with various shops to meet the residents' shopping and daily living needs.
