通过登录公寓官网，在线支付账户并点击pay now进入支付页面。选择Manual Breakup，并在RIESIDENTIAL栏目输入所需支付的房租金额。然后，点击PAY NOW选择卡片类型，并输入卡片信息完成在线付款。或者，通过发送邮件给公寓，咨询公寓的银行详细信息以进行银行电汇
如何降低2%的房租费用？
公寓提供折扣优惠，需在8月1日前支付全款并及时到账，优惠金额不体现在合同中，同学需自行计算

Refund Policy
If you signed the contract before July 31, 2024, you can cancel within three days after signing. This is called the cooling-off period. To notify us of cancellation, you must submit a cancellation request through the "Your Requests" tab in your dwell portal account within this cooling-off period. If you signed before July 31, 2024, but requested cancellation within the three-day cooling-off period, you'll still be bound by the contract until a suitable replacement tenant is found and meets the substitution terms of clause 9 of the contract. If you signed the contract on or after August 1, 2024, there is no cooling-off period, and you'll be bound immediately upon signing. You can only cancel if a suitable replacement tenant is found and meets the substitution terms of clause 9 of the contract. If any of these conditions are met, you can cancel: sending us an email within the three-day cooling-off period and submitting an online cancellation request via the dwell portal, finding a suitable replacement tenant meeting clause 9's terms, signing a new contract with dwell Student Living, or finding a suitable replacement tenant before the contract start date. In special cases, such as if you're a first-year student or an international student whose visa application was rejected, you may be able to cancel the contract with certain conditions and documentation.
