请访问你的公寓Student Portal，点击Review My Offer以查看合同。然后在右下角再次点击CLICK HERE TO VIEW THE TENANCY AGREEMENT，或者检查你的注册邮箱以获取房租支付截止时间。如果需要支付房租，你可以返回主页并点击Review/Pay Statement查看付款计划的详细信息。关键信息包括【Balance】当前应支付的总金额，以及【Due Date】支付截止日期（格式为日/月/年），请确保在截止日期前完成租金支付。
我该如何缴纳房租？
请进入公寓Student Portal，点击Review/Pay Statement以进入支付页面。在需要支付的项目前打勾，然后点击pay进入支付界面。公寓支持在线刷卡（包括信用卡）和银行转账进行支付。 1. 在线刷卡，确保支付卡的类型为Mastercard、Visa、Visa Debit或Visa Electron之一。填写持卡人信息，并确认卡内有足够的额度，且银行已开通支持支付。注意，支付卡不必是本人持卡。 2. 银行汇款，请在顾问的指导下联系公寓取得转账账号，与银行完成支付。需注意电汇到账时间较长，因此应提前做出付款安排。
因为延期情况我与公寓沟通了Flexible Booking Policy，何时应支付房租？
由于Flexible Booking Policy是根据具体情况逐个审核和决定的，所以没有固定的标准。在成功申请Flexible Booking Policy后，请与公寓确认你修改后的支付金额和截止时间。
我在预订时享有公寓的特别优惠，如何兑换？
请参考你在预订时公寓提供的活动细则，以按照相关规则进行兑现。
我可以选择我的室友吗？

我能否提前入住？
如果你有提前入住的需求，请联系你的顾问老师。如果公寓有符合您租期的空房，并且接受相应的额外房租，就可以安排提前入住。
我需要缴纳地税吗？
如果你是符合条件的全日制学生，将免交地税。你需要向公寓提供能证明你是全日制学生的相关证明。
我何时可以办理入住？
在合同开始时就可以办理入住。如果在非工作时间抵达公寓，最好提前通知公寓以便安排check in。
我如何领取我的门禁卡？
在完成前台的check in流程后，你可以从公寓前台领取门禁卡。
我可以请别人代领门禁卡吗？
不可以，出于安全原因，门禁卡只能由本人领取。
我可以在公寓养宠物吗？
不可以，公寓内禁止饲养任何宠物。
