If another student cancels their room or agrees to swap with you, you can contact the apartment management team, who will do their best to accommodate your request. However, other than the different room types and sizes, the facilities in all rooms are identical.

However, bank transfers are usually reserved for exceptional cases (e.g., difficulties with online payment or payment failures), and we prefer the first two methods. You can choose your payment method when submitting your reservation application.

The guarantor must be at least 18 years old and have full-time employment and stable housing. Typically, the guarantor will need to provide proof of residence to verify their identity.
