The payment card does not need to be in your name. 2. Bank transfer: Contact the apartment for account information under the guidance of the advisor, and complete the payment at the bank. Please note to include your name and ID for the apartment's identification, and wire transfers may take several working days to arrive, so prepare in advance.

Is the deposit I paid during booking refundable? How do I get it back?

The advance payment is a deposit and does not offset the rent. After confirming your reservation, the deposit will be held by a third-party agency in the UK until check-out, when it will be returned based on any damages to the room (significant damage may result in partial or full deposit deductions, so please report any damages promptly).
