How do I pay my rent?

Please access your apartment's Student Portal, click 'Review/Pay Statement' to enter the payment page, select the items you need to pay and check them off, then click 'pay' to enter the payment process. The apartment supports online card payment (credit cards accepted) or bank transfer. 1. For online card payments, please ensure that the card type is one of the following: Mastercard/Visa/Visa Debit/Visa Electron. Carefully fill in the cardholder's information and ensure that the card has sufficient funds and the bank allows the transaction. Note that the card does not need to be in the cardholder's name. 2. For bank transfers, contact the apartment for transfer account information under advisor's guidance and then complete the payment at the bank. Please be aware that wire transfers may take several business days to process, so plan your payment in advance.

Can I opt for installment payments?

Yes, the deposit is a security deposit and does not count towards rent. After booking is complete, your deposit will be transferred to a third-party agency in the UK for safekeeping until the end of your tenancy, at which point it will be returned based on the condition of the room's facilities (severe damages may result in a deduction of part or all of the deposit, so please report any facility damages promptly).
