How to pay rent?

Please go to your apartment's Student Portal, click on 'Review/Pay Statement' to enter the payment interface, check the items that need to be paid, and click 'pay' to proceed. The apartment supports online card payments (credit cards accepted) or bank transfers. 1. For online card payments, make sure your payment card is one of the following types: Mastercard/Visa/Visa Debit/Visa Electron. Fill out the cardholder's information carefully, ensuring the card has sufficient funds and that the bank supports the payment. Note that the payment card doesn't need to be in the cardholder's name. 2. For bank transfers, follow your advisor's instructions to get the transfer account from the apartment, then complete the payment at the bank. Be aware that wire transfers can take several working days to process, so please arrange payment in advance.
