About two months before your selected check-in date, you can schedule a suitable moving in time. If you have special accessibility needs or travel issues, please inform us at this time. If you need to move in early, we can arrange it. Just reach out to your accommodation team, and they will provide you with available times and costs.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Unlike many other accommodation providers, we do not require a deposit to secure your booking. We only ask that you pay your rent in advance, which will be deducted from your first rental payment. Think of it as a little gift you prepare for yourself, and you’ll appreciate its convenience come September!

Can I cancel my booking after making it?

We have a 5-day 'cooling-off' policy, which means that if you need to cancel within 5 days of signing the lease and have not moved in yet, you can do so. If the cooling-off period has passed, you may still cancel under certain circumstances, such as if your UK visa is refused or you did not meet the entry requirements for your chosen university. You only need to provide the UCAS notification or visa refusal document within 72 hours of receiving the relevant notification. If you find a qualified replacement tenant, you can transfer your lease to them, and we will conduct a vetting process to ensure they are suitable to take over your lease.

You can invite friends to stay, but each resident is allowed only one overnight guest at a time, and they cannot stay for more than two consecutive nights. This is provided that such activities do not disturb other residents.

How do I connect to the internet?

Connecting to the internet is simple: upon arrival, you just need to connect your device to the Wi-Fi. If necessary, you can also use an ethernet cable to connect devices to the network socket in your room.

What am I not allowed to do in the accommodation?

For health and safety reasons, the use of candles, aroma lamps, deep fryers, or any appliances not compliant with UK standards and regulations is prohibited. Electric scooters or similar devices are also not allowed. Please do not bring these items into the accommodation.
