Terms and Conditions:Airport pick-ups/transfer are from the local airport to the true property that you have booked atWhere possible, we will always arrange for a member of staff to collect you from the airport in our own true cars. However for very late evening and early morning arrivals will have a free transfer arranged. This is where you will be picked up from the airport and brought to true and welcomed to true and shown to your new room by a true staff member If you would like to use this incentive, then we need to be made aware of your arrival date, time, airport number and luggage amount at least 3 weeks before your arrival day. If tenants are to split prior or post moving in then the bookings can only be cancelled as per the true guarantee and cancellation policy. The booking will still fall under the main tenant unless there is a mutual agreement to transfer it over to the ‘second tenant’, where the new contract/tenancy agreement will need to be signed immediately.
