Kexgill House offers 2-6 bedrooms, each with full kitchen facilities and free Wi-Fi. In order to provide a warm environment for incoming students, Kexgill House provides disabled wheelchairs and a BBQ welcome party for all new students. The dormitory rent includes all expenses such as water, electricity, heating and so on. Students are just a few minutes' walk from the local supermarket and Cleveland Mall, where they can buy daily necessities and household trinkets, as well as McDonald's, Starbucks, Akbar's, Al Forno and other restaurants. In order to protect the safety of students, Kexgill House has installed a 24-hour access electronic door system and CCTV monitoring system, while property insurance is also provided. Kexgill House also has a professional property management team on hand to provide a safer and more welcoming environment for students.

The apartment will terminate the contract with you after confirming that your documents are okay, and refund the deposit and rent you paid.
