If you need to pay rent, return to the homepage and select 'Review/Pay Statement' to view the detail of the payment plan. Key information includes the 【Balance】 required total payment amount and the 【Due Date】 (format: day/month/year), and please make sure to pay before the due date.

How do I pay rent?

Please log into your apartment Student Portal, click on 'Review/Pay Statement' to enter the payment page, then check the box next to the items you need to pay and click pay to proceed. The apartment accepts online card payments (credit cards) or bank transfers. 1. For online card payments, make sure that the card type is one of the following four: Mastercard/Visa/Visa Debit/Visa Electron. Carefully fill in the cardholder's information and ensure that there are sufficient funds and that the bank is authorized and supports the payment. Please note that the card does not need to be in the cardholder's name. 2. For bank transfers, follow the advisor's guidance to obtain the transfer account details from the apartment and complete the payment at the bank. Please keep in mind that wire transfers may take several business days to process, so make sure to arrange payments in advance.

Can I pay in installments?

If you have a valid UK guarantor, you can choose to pay the rent in three installments, in September, January, and April. If you do not have a valid guarantor, you must pay the full rent one month before the contract begins.

Is the deposit I paid when booking the same as the security deposit? How can I get it back?

The deposit is a security deposit and does not offset the rent. After the booking is complete, your deposit will be handed over to a third-party organization in the UK for safekeeping until the end of the lease, when it will be returned based on the condition of the room and facilities (serious damage may result in a deduction of part or all of the deposit, so please promptly report any damage to the room's facilities).
