- Depending on your building, your mail will either be delivered to your doorstep or stored in your secure mailbox. Your accommodation team will keep it safe for you to collect during office hours by showing your ID.
- Are guests allowed to stay?
- We welcome your friends and family to stay, but you are responsible for them while they are here. If they damage property or cause a disturbance to your housemates, you will be liable. Long stays (over one week) are not permitted.
- Is it possible to pay rent in installments?
- Rent can be paid in four installments with a local guarantor from the UK. 10% due on August 1st (this payment is required for move-in), 20% due in September, 30% due in January, and 40% due in April.
