我预订的时候，支付的advance rent算押金吗？如何进行退款？
Advance Rent是预付房租，作为定金使用。在您成功办理入住后，Advance rent将用来抵扣租金，不会退还。
如果我的入住时间与预约的时间不同，是否可以在非工作时间办理入住？
如果您在当天抵达，但仅晚了几十分钟到几个小时，可以在前台等候，工作人员会在处理完其他预约后为您提供服务。如果您不是当天抵达，请在Unite APP的check in summary中点击"Edit"，选择适合的新入住时间。公寓会在入口处或前台显著位置提供紧急联系信息，您也可以拨打公寓的紧急控制中心电话（英国电话）03003031611，工作人员会协助您。
房租的缴纳截止日期是什么时候？
请登录Unite Students的账号，进入Booking页面，点击Tenancy agreement文件。在文件的YOUR PAYMENT SCHEDULE BREAKDOWN部分中可找到支付房租的截止日期及对应金额。【DATE】为房租支付截止日（格式：日/月/年）【AMOUNT】是需支付的房租金额。
支付房租有什么方式？
公寓房租的支付有两种方式：在线支付和银行电汇。 1. 在线支付：请登录Unite Students的账号，点击Payments页面，在对话框中输入需支付的房租金额，点击Pay按钮，输入支付卡的信息。若使用英国储蓄卡请选择Debit卡种（对应的Billing address需改为英国地址）；若用中国信用卡，选择Credit卡种（Billing address维持国内地址）。 2. 银行电汇：请登录Unite Students的账号，进入Booking页面，下载Bank Transfer Info文件，提前联系银行，携带相关材料到银行柜台或自助汇款机进行汇款。汇款附言需填写个人预定信息（参考bank_transfer_info文件要求）。电汇不是实时到账，请务必在截止日前1-2周进行，确保资金按时到账。因银行可能收取跨境手续费，支付时需支付所需房租+手续费，确保足额到账。

若您是一名符合条件的全日制学生，将免缴地税。您需向公寓提供证明材料以证明您是全日制学生。
我何时可以办理入住？
您可以在合同开始当天办理入住。如果计划在非工作时间到达公寓，建议提前通知公寓，以便他们做好check in安排。
我如何获取门卡？
在前台完成check in流程后，您可以从公寓前台领取门卡。
可以请他人代领我的门卡吗？
不可以，出于安全考虑，您的门卡必须您本人亲自领取。
我可以在公寓内养宠物吗？
不可以，公寓禁止养宠物。
我该如何进行报修？
1. 使用公寓应用程序进行报修。 2. 通过公寓前台进行报修。
我可以在房间内吸烟吗？
由于安全原因，公寓内禁止吸烟，并配有烟雾报警器。如需吸烟，请询问公寓前台有关吸烟区域的信息。
