What is the deadline for paying rent?

To find out the rent payment deadline, please log into your student portal, select Review My Offer, and enter the contract viewing section. In the lower right corner, click HERE TO VIEW THE TENANCY AGREEMENT or check your registered email for information on the due date in the contract. If you need to make a rent payment, you can return to the homepage and select Review/Pay Statement to get detailed payment plans. Key payment information includes 【Balance】 and 【Due Date】 (format: day/month/year). Please ensure to pay the rent before the due date.

How to pay rent?

Log into your student portal, select Review/Pay Statement, and enter the payment interface. Check the box next to the items you need to pay, then click pay to begin the payment process. The apartment supports online card payments (credit cards accepted) and bank transfers. 1. For online payments, make sure your payment card is one of the following types: Mastercard/Visa/Visa Debit/Visa Electron. Fill in the cardholder information accurately and ensure that the card has enough credit and that the bank supports the payment. It is important to note that the payment card does not need to be held by you. 2. For bank transfers, please contact the apartment for the transfer account under the guidance of your advisor, and then complete the payment at your bank. Keep in mind that wire transfers may take several business days to process, so plan your payment ahead of time.

Can I pay rent in installments?

If you have a valid UK guarantor, you can choose to pay the rent in three installments, due in September, January, and April. If you do not have a valid UK guarantor, you must pay the full rent one month before the contract start date.
