When is the deadline for paying rent?

Please log into your apartment's Student Portal, click on Review My Offer to enter the contract viewing page, then click CLICK HERE TO VIEW THE TENANCY AGREEMENT again at the bottom right, or check your registered email for the rent payment deadline on the contract. If you need to pay rent, return to the homepage and click Review/Pay Statement to see the detailed payment schedule. Key information includes the 【Balance】, the total amount required for this payment, and the 【Due Date】 (in the format day/month/year). Please ensure the rent is paid before the due date.

How can I pay my rent?

Please log into your apartment's Student Portal, click Review/Pay Statement to access the payment page, then check the box next to the items you need to pay and click pay to proceed. The apartment supports online credit card payments or bank transfers. 1. For online card payments, ensure your card is one of these four types: Mastercard/Visa/Visa Debit/Visa Electron. Fill out the cardholder information carefully and make sure your card has enough credit and that your bank allows the transaction. Note that the card does not need to be presented by the cardholder. 2. For bank transfers, contact the apartment to obtain the transfer account number, and complete the payment at the bank. Please be aware that wire transfers may take several working days to process, so plan your payment in advance.

Can I pay in installments?

If you have a valid UK guarantor, you can opt to pay your rent in three installments in September, January, and April. Without a valid UK guarantor, you must pay the full rent one month before the contract starts.
