如需提前入住，请联系您的顾问老师。如果公寓有符合租期的空房，并在支付额外房租后，我们可以安排提前入住。
房租截止日期是什么时候？
您可以在合同中查看房租截止日期。登录Dwell账号，打开下拉菜单，选择Message以查看合同。请在Due Date显示的日期之前支付款项，如果选择银行电汇，国际电汇需要至少提前一周支付。
如何领取门卡？
在前台完成check in后，可以去公寓前台领取门卡。
我该如何支付租金？
通过公寓官网在线支付，登录账户后点击pay now进入支付页面。选择Manual Breakup，在RESIDENTIAL栏输入需支付的租金金额，然后点击PAY NOW选择卡类型并输入卡信息完成付款。您也可以给公寓发邮件，询问银行信息以进行电汇。
我可以选择室友吗？
如果您和其他伙伴一起预订，请联系我们的顾问老师。我们会尽力帮助您安排。我们有独家房源，可以帮助您和朋友住在同一间，或尽量安排中国室友。
我可以在公寓里面养宠物吗？
不可以，公寓内是禁止养宠物的。
可以让别人代我领取门卡吗？
不可以，出于安全考虑，您的门卡只能由您本人领取。
我可以在房间内吸烟吗？
公寓内禁止吸烟，并配有烟雾报警器，如需吸烟，请向前台询问吸烟区域。
我何时可以办理入住？
您可以在合同开始的当天办理入住。若您在非工作时间抵达公寓，请提前通知以便安排check in。
公寓包含水电费吗？
学生公寓的费用通常包括水电费。
公寓洗衣费是多少？
不同公寓的洗衣费可能有所不同，通常一次洗 + 烘干的费用约为5镑。但我们目前提供免费洗烘服务。
