What is the deadline for paying the rent?

Please log into your apartment's Student Portal, click on Review My Offer to view the contract, then click CLICK HERE TO VIEW THE TENANCY AGREEMENT at the bottom right, or check the due date in your registered email. To pay the rent, return to the homepage and click Review/Pay Statement to see the details of your payment plan. Key information includes the current total amount due under【Balance】 and the due date【Due Date】 (format: day/month/year). Please ensure to pay the rent before the due date.

How can I pay my rent?

Please log into your apartment's Student Portal, click on Review/Pay Statement to enter the payment interface. Check the items you need to pay, then click pay to proceed to the payment page. The apartment supports online card payments (credit cards) or bank transfers. 1. For online card payments, ensure that the card used is one of the following types: Mastercard/Visa/Visa Debit/Visa Electron. Fill in the cardholder information carefully and make sure the card has enough funds and that the bank supports the payment. Note that the cardholder does not have to be the actual user. 2. For bank transfers, contact the apartment per your consultant's guidance to get the transfer account number, and then make the payment at the bank. Note that bank transfers may take several business days to process, so please arrange payment in advance.

Can I pay the rent in installments?

If you have a valid UK guarantor, you can opt to pay your rent in three installments, due in September, January, and April. If you do not have a valid guarantor, you must pay the full rent one month before the contract starts.
