Is it allowed for couples to book the same room?

Couples may book studios and one-bedroom apartments, but an additional charge of £1000-1500 for double occupancy is required on top of the single room rate.

Is my reservation deposit refundable? Will there be any costs if I cancel before check-in?

Once the reservation is completed, the booking deposit is non-refundable unless a suitable tenant is found. After signing the lease, the full rent payment must be made until the next legitimate tenant moves in. If unable to occupy the reserved city due to UK visa rejection or inability to obtain a university offer, the booking deposit remains non-refundable. You may cancel the contract, but you must provide confirmation within 7 days of receiving a rejection from the immigration office or the university, including: - A written notice from the selected university or institution, or written proof from UCAS, - or valid screenshot evidence proving inability to enroll in the selected institution or acceptance letter from a new university offered by UCAS.

Does the apartment provide laundry facilities?

Forest Court is an apartment complex that offers the convenience of an automatic laundry service. Each wash costs £2.50 and drying your clothes costs £1.50. For more information, please inquire with the property manager. In the Forest Rise, Kingfisher Halls, The Block, and Radmoor Halls in Loughborough, the washing machines and dryers are provided free of charge! In Leicester, both Regent Road and Renaissance House also offer free access to washing machines and dryers!
