1. Is it allowed for couples (double) to book the same room?

   studio and one-bedroom room types can be booked for double occupancy for an additional £1000- £1500 on top of the single rate.

2. Is my reservation deposit refundable? Will there be any charge if I cancel before check-in?

   Once a reservation is made, the reservation fee will not be refundable unless a legitimate renter is found. After signing the lease contract, the full rent will be paid until the next legal tenant moves in. The booking fee is also non-refundable if you are unable to stay in the city you have booked due to refusal of a UK visa or inability to obtain a university Offer. The contract can be cancelled by providing the following proof within 7 days of the refusal by the Immigration Office or the rejection letter from the university: - Written evidence from the chosen university or institution believed to be UCAS - or valid screenshot proof of unacceptability of a new university Offer from the chosen institution or UCAS.

3. Does the property have laundry facilities?

   Forest Court is an apartment complex that offers the convenience of an automatic laundry service. Each wash costs £2.50 and drying your clothes costs £1.50. For more information, please inquire with the property manager. In the Forest Rise, Kingfisher Halls, The Block, and Radmoor Halls in Loughborough, the washing machines and dryers are provided free of charge! In Leicester, both Regent Road and Renaissance House also offer free access to washing machines and dryers!

4. What should I do if my roommate is noisy at night?

   If you feel the need to explain to your roommate, feel free to do so. If it is not convenient to do so, please report it to the Residence Manager or student residence Manager representative.

5. What should I do when the apartment fire alarm goes off?

   If you hear a fire alarm, leave the room immediately and go to the designated fire gathering point.

6. Who is responsible for the hygiene of the apartment?

   All our apartments are equipped with communal cleaners and vacuum cleaners for cleaning the shared kitchen and living areas. However, it is your responsibility to keep the room clean. Please note that it is not the job of the cleaning staff to take out the trash and make sure that your rooms and kitchen areas are free of trash. If the communal kitchen is very dirty, the dormitory manager has the right to fine students who use the communal kitchen.

7. Can I invite friends and family to stay over?

   You are responsible for the behaviour of any guests staying in the same property as you and you are responsible if they cause any problems. Of course, your apartment is always open to friends and family.

8. Is smoking allowed in the apartment and rooms?

   Smoking is not allowed in all our apartments. Generally there is a smoking area outside the apartment. Anyone caught smoking in a room or public area could face a fine of up to £250.

9. What are the office hours for the dorm team?

   Apartment office hours vary from apartment to apartment, most apartments have specific office hours. It is usually Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

10. Can I live with my pet?

    Pets are not allowed in our apartment. A fine of up to £250 will be imposed if a breach is found.
