我们提供2至51周的租期，最少租期为2周。

入住和退房的时间安排？
入住时间为下午3点至7点；退房时间为上午10点之前。
非学生可以预订吗？
可以，我们的Stay Club Camden、Kentish Town、Finsbury House和West Green House欢迎非学生的入住。
入住年龄有限制吗？未成年人可以入住吗？
我们接受18岁及以上的顾客，期间如果满18岁也可以入住。

房费以外还有其他费用吗？
除了房费，我们会收取114镑的服务费，包含一次入住前的清洁消毒和一套全新床品（床单、被套、枕头和被子）。为了确保房间内财产安全，我们还收取250镑的押金，退房后会收到财务的退款提醒邮件，按照指示进行退款。
我需要在何时付款？
250镑的押金需要在收到发票后的48小时内支付；其余款项需要在入住前4周或更早支付。如果预订日期距离入住日期在4周以内，押金和房费需一起支付。
能否分期支付？
可以的，我们为总费用超过5000镑的订单提供分期付款计划，具体详情请咨询销售顾问。
取消政策是怎样的？
如果在入住前4周以上取消订单，只需支付250镑的押金和114镑的服务费即可无责退订。如果在入住前4周以内取消订单，则需支付250镑的押金、114镑的服务费和4周的房费。入住后退订需对租期全部费用负责，需付清所有款项或寻找替租来解除合同。转租后将不退还押金。
可以双人入住吗？
可以的，某些studio允许双人入住，每周需额外支付50镑。
可以选择房间号吗？
很抱歉，由于我们提供灵活的2-51周租期，房间流转频率很高，在订房时无法为顾客提供准确的房间号，具体房间安排会在入住时由前台通知。
其他城市的学生可以预订吗？
可以，只要是学生并年满18岁即可入住。
