我需要在什么时候付款呢？
250 镑的押金需要在收到发票后的 48 小时内付款；其他房费需在入住前 4 周或更早付款。如果预定日期距离入住日期不足 4 周，则需要与押金一起付款。
可以分期付款吗？
可以，我们为订单总额超过 5000 镑的客户提供分期付款的选项，具体详情请咨询销售顾问。
取消政策是怎样的呢？
在入住前四周以上取消订单，只需支付 250 镑的押金和 114 镑的服务费即可解除责任。如果在四周以内取消订单，则需支付 250 镑的押金、114 镑的服务费以及 4 周的房费。入住后取消订单需承担整个租期费用，必须支付全部费用或者寻找替代租客。办理转租后将不退还押金。
可以双人入住吗？
是的，部分工作室允许双人入住，每周需额外支付 50 镑。
可以选择特定的房间号吗？
抱歉，我们提供灵活的 2 到 51 周租期，房间更换频繁，因此在预订时无法提供确切的房间号，具体房间安排将由前台在入住时通知。
其他城市的学生能够预定房间吗？
可以，只要是学生并已满 18 岁就可以入住。
