“2 Bedrooms” refers to 2 Bedrooms, similar to two-room house sources in China. The common room type is 2B2B, which stands for 2 Bedrooms 2 Bathrooms, that is, two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

3 Bedroom

"3 Bedrooms" refers to 3 Bedrooms, similar to the three-bedroom properties in China. Common room types are 3B3B = 3 Bedrooms 3 Bathrooms, that is, three bedrooms and three bathrooms.

What are the holding fee and deposit amounts?

Broadband (Internet fee) is included ; The estimated utility costs for water, heating, and electricity are £90 for studios and 1-bedroom apartments, £100 for 2-bedroom apartments, £110 for 3-bedroom apartments, and £120 for 4-bedroom apartments.
What are the discounts for different lease terms?
6% discount for a 12-month lease ; 12% discount for a 24-month lease ; 25% discount for the first year on a 36-month lease (25% off the first year, 12.5% off the second year, and +5% increase in the third year)
Is there an additional charge for short-term leases, and how do you define 'short-term'?
Leases of 3 to 5 months incur a +45% increase on the standard monthly rent ; 6 to 8 months leases incur a +10% increase on the standard monthly rent ; 9 to 11 months leases incur a +5% increase on the standard monthly rent ; additional charges for short-term leases apply to all unit types including studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, three-bedroom, and four-bedroom apartments. Any lease shorter than 12 months will incur an uplift.
What is the minimum lease duration for each building?
Montana, Dakota, Alto, and Landsby have a minimum lease of 12 months ; 2 or 3-bedroom apartments cannot have leases less than 9 months.
What are the hold periods for each development?
Montana, Dakota, Alto, and Beton have a holding period of 10 days. Residents must move in within 10 days of availability/reservation ; Landsby, Alameda, and Ferrum have a holding period of 30 days. Residents must move in within 30 days of availability/reservation ; Robinson and Canada Gardens have a holding period of 60 days. Residents must move in within 60 days of availability/reservation.
What are the charges for pets?
We charge £50 per month for a dog, £30 for a cat, and £10 for any other small pets.
Which building has a gym, and is it accessible to other buildings? If not, which residences have access?
All our buildings now feature their own fitness centers, except for Robinson, which we anticipate completing in the first quarter of 2022.
Is there any free parking available?
We provide secure underground parking at a rate of £150 per month.
