预订时支付的定金是押金吗？如何退还？
定金算作押金，不会抵扣租金。完成预订后，押金将交由在英国的第三方机构保管，直到租期结束时根据房间设施的损坏情况进行退还（严重损坏可能导致部分或全部押金被扣除，因此如有设施损坏请及时报修）。
