FAQ

Can I apply for double occupancy?
Most rooms larger than 23 square meters allow for double occupancy. Both occupants need to submit their rental applications stating double occupancy, so the apartment can adjust the price. Otherwise, the apartment's cost may be the total rent plus £50, then divided by the weekly fee per occupant.
What should I do if I'm a first-year student waiting for exam results?
If you are still waiting for exam results and are unsure if your preferred university has accepted you, don't worry, you can still apply for our apartments. If you are an incoming undergraduate or first-year graduate student and your preferred university has withdrawn your offer, you may be eligible to terminate this agreement. You must provide written proof from the university within three days of results being released indicating you did not receive the offer. The apartment will process your contract and will not impose any penalties, and will refund your deposit.
Do I need to pay a booking fee?
The apartment does not charge a booking fee. When you accept the room offer, you need to pay a deposit to reserve the room. The deposit will be secured through a deposit protection service and will be returned at the end of the rental period.
